| Swim Lesson: |
Beginner I- Saturdays 11:15 AM-12:00 PM
Beginner II - Mondays & Wednesdays 5:00-5:30 PM
Advanced-Mondays & Wednesdays 5:30-6:00 PM
All classes are taught by American Red Cross Certified Instructors. Children must be 6 years of age and a Min. of 4 feet in height.
COST: $20.00 / child per session

| Girls Yoga: |
This program is designed to increase girls participation in physical activities through the introduction of Yoga and will feature the GoGirlGo! Curriculum that focuses on nutrition, wellness and making healthy decisions.

| Intro to Self Defense: |
This class will include karate components, cardio, stretching, defense techniques, confrontation role play and strength training. Instructor Nick Fontaine holds a black belt in karate.
COST: $15.00/ child per session

Project
D.E.E.P.: |
The Dorchester Educational Enrichment Program is a diverse,
nonprofit, after-school program that services hundreds of
middle school children throughout the Dorchester community.
The organization's mission is "to foster the educational,
athletic, and social growth and development of middle school
children of all races, creeds and ethnic backgrounds throughout
Dorchester," and over the past eight years this mission
has been accomplished with great efficiency.
If you are interested in taking part in any of the programs

Coed, for Youth ages 8-16;
Open to all skier abilities;
Day trips to local mountains
Trip Dates: TBA
Fees include rentals, lift ticket, group lesson and transportation. This program is made possible through a partnership with YES— Youth Enrichment Services. There are also opportunities for parents to chaperone. |

Murphy Monster
Swim Team: |
Coed, for youth aged 7-15 years. The Monsters swim in the BCYF swim league and compete in weekly swim meets against other swim teams around the city. This program is a great introduction into competitive swimming. Your child will need to be able to pass the "deep-end test" which includes proper free-style for 50 yrds and treading water for one minute.
