Swim Lesson: For Adults who are non-swimmers, or those that are interested in learning proper technique. Learn to swim in this relaxed class for adults!

Water Aerobics: This popular program is a great low impact workout enjoyed by both men and women.

Yoga: Beginner Kripalu Yoga held by certified instructor. In this class you will learn postures and techniques to help you relieve stress, increase blood flow, strength, flexibility and balance.

Zumba

This very popular aerobic fitness program based in Latin Dance technique is fun and easy to follow. By introducing body sculpting movements with dance steps participants get an intense workout!

COST: $50.00 /person per session

Knitting: Beginners and advanced beginners are welcome. Learn the basic stitches.

Scrap Booking Workshop:

Feeling guilty about those photographs gathering dust? Why not consider a fun night out Scrap booking! Discover the basics and get started in this interactive workshop. Learn the techniques for planning, organizing, and laying out an albulm. Titled pages, journal entries, love letters, schoolwork, artwork and colored-coordinated doodads...those creations meant to be extensive records of a family life.
